Calisthenics is a limber and lithe Southern Belle that was born and raised
in
Tennessee. She was a middle distance runner in high
school and college. However,
she turned into a thrower in
college when she was asked to substitute for an ill shot
putter
on her team during the conference championship. She did and she over
threw
and set a conference record! She quickly became a
strength athlete! She loves all
aspects of track and field
and enjoys the new challenges as a strength athlete
specializing
in calisthenics! Nudge, nudge, wink, wink, she will throw you
out!
